Signature Estate & Investment Advisors has appointed Matt
Matrisian as president, effective April 28.
Matrisian will work under co-founder Brian Holmes – who will continue to serve as CEO – to co-lead SEIA's national growth strategy.
Before Matrisian's appointment, Brian Holmes held both the CEO and president titles at SEIA.
"SEIA has the industry's best kept secret and one of the industry's most compelling growth stories, and I'm excited to help spread the story,” Matrisian said.
Matrisian brings more than 15 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic growth from his tenure at AssetMark and Raymond James Financial.

has welcomed financial advisor Jeff Purdon to its independent
advisor channel.
Purdon, who is based in Atlanta, Georgia, arrived from Janney Montgomery Scott, where he previously managed about $110 million in client assets.
A native Atlantan, Purdon has spent his entire 30-plus year career in the financial services industry. In addition to his work as a financial advisor, he spent nearly a decade as a strategic planner working directly with executives at Unum Corporation and Bank of America. He has a Certified Financial Planner designation. At Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven, Georgia, Purdon taught investment planning and business case analysis classes in the CFP certification program. He also served as an adjunct professor teaching an upper-level Investments course.
